Since the school's inception in 2017, it has become a sanctuary for learners of all backgrounds, championed by Melissa's dedication to accessible, inclusive music education. FOUNDER

Trevor J. Chin is a visionary Creative Director, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over a decade of experience transforming ideas into impactful stories. As the Co-Founder of Resonate Baltimore, a creative hub dedicated to music, media production, and community engagement, Trevor combines his passion for the arts with his deep commitment to empowering others. He specializes in building brand identities, producing compelling digital content, church creative team systems, creative direction, and fostering spaces where creativity thrives.

In his journey, Trevor has worn many hats, from traveling the East Coast as a recruitment leader to overseeing creative direction at church startups. His innovative leadership has resulted in successful projects such as the development of Epiphany Lab, a training and outreach center, and the launch of T Chin Solutions, a full-service marketing company. Through T Chin Solutions, Trevor has designed websites, logos, creative direction, and/or media campaigns for over 75 organizations, helping them amplify their missions and connect with their audiences.

Trevor’s work is rooted in a passion for storytelling. Whether behind a camera lens or conceptualizing a brand’s identity, he brings ideas to life through photography, videography, and digital media. His efforts extend beyond the creative space, impacting his community through partnerships with local schools and initiatives that foster creativity among youth.

Now based in Baltimore, Trevor continues to push boundaries, blending his creative expertise with his love for service. Through Resonate Baltimore, Trevor is building a space where creativity, community, and connection thrive.
